1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Masaro wholesale platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These terms apply to all registered wholesale customers and business partners.
2. Account & Eligibility
The Platform is available exclusively to registered business customers. You must provide accurate business information during registration, including company name, VAT number (where applicable), and delivery address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices displayed on the Platform are wholesale prices exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to confirmation and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability. Minimum order quantities may apply to certain products.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon during account setup and may vary by customer. Standard payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with applicable commercial legislation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue balances.
5. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We ship to verified business addresses within our service area. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Requested delivery dates are accommodated on a best-effort basis.
6. Returns & Claims
Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Returns require prior authorization. Products must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. Perishable goods are non-returnable unless defective upon delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including product images, descriptions, and branding, is the property of Silver Trade Hub Oy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver Trade Hub Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
